Project Overview
Welcome to Project Coeus! In this project you will be creating a web application for an enterprise to help manage risks. This application will leverage the following technologies: C# REST Services, SQL Server and Angular.js.
Competition Task Overview
For this challenge you will need to integrate the backend services with part 2 of the frontend to build the final application. After this challenge the app should be fully functional.

Backend
Backend services are already implemented, but in case there are changes / fixes needed to work with frontend they are in scope of this challenge.
Unit Tests
Unit tests from the backend must still work after this challenge.
Winner Responsibility
The winner may be asked to deploy the final code to a VM we provide.

Submission Deliverables

- Full backend code that covers all requirements.
- A complete and detailed deployment document explaining how to deploy the application including configuration information.
Final Submission
For each member, the final submission should be uploaded via the challenge detail page on topcoder.com.
