Welcome to the OPM - Content Creation Contest - Documentation and User Guide contest! In this contest, you will need to provide a User Guide that will serve as a help content to include in SCRD web application
The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) has an existing legacy application called the Service Credit Redeposit/Deposit System (SCRD). The mission of the Service Credit Redeposit/Deposit System (SCRD) is to compute deposits and redeposits, create an initial bill, post payments, and send out receipts to federal employees for periods of federal employment service that were either not covered by retirement deductions (deposits), or were covered and later refunded by the federal government (redeposits).
In this project we've built a web application (SCRD) that covers the same fonctionality of the legacy application using a better technology.
This competition will update the existing user guide of the legacy application with the new user interface and the new fonctionality added in the SCRD web application.
The updated user guide content will be used as help content accessible from the SCRD application. You need to provide what content of the new user guide will be used in which section of the help pages.

How do you intend to use this content?
The User Guide will be used as a guide that will be provided to SCRD users both as a separate document.
The Help Content will be integrated in the SCRD help section.
What things would you like to deliver to your audience through this content?
- Please look at the provided Application VM to capture all the functionality of SCRD application. The application is under QA. If some functionality is not working correctly you can base your screenshots on the UI Prototype

You can submit the content as word doc and a separate text file where you point for each help section in SCRD to the corresponding section on the word document.
