Challenge Overview
The application proposed in the contest should allow users to validate their files, in terms of format, prior to uploading into a Pricing Tool we maintain. This avoids issues related to processing files that will be rejected in the future, by the application, due to incorrect formats.

Final Submission Guidelines
This application is a desktop application – It should run in the user’s desktop with no need to access databases or external services. As an output it provides a result validation file containing validation results and a list of issues found.
