Challenge Overview
We will redesign a portion of the Studio website to make it easier for new members to compete in Studio contests as well as to enhance the submissions system. In the current system, Studio members have a single submission page that allows them to upload three files and submit them as a single submission. The submitter also affirms their assignment document (AD) via a popup window before they can upload their submission. The goal of this contest is to create an HTML/CSS/JS Prototype of the Studio Declarations UI Prototype. Your main task is to convert the attached storyboard document into working UI prototype.

Final Submission Guidelines
- For each member, the final submission should be uploaded to theOnline Review Tool.
- Submissions must include all deliverables as specified inContest Specification
