After 4 weeks of competition and a few weeks of review, we are proud to announce the winners for the PayPal Mobile App Challenges! This challenge tasked the TopCoder community with creating an innovative Android or iPhone app that used the PayPal Mobile Payment Libraries.
The winner in the iPhone competition is dhbellol - his Shopping Assistant app used the RedLaser and Moodstocks API to search for items which they can purchase with the PayPal API.
The winner in the Android competition is reo0908 and his TreasureHunters app that connects buyers and sellers of antique items. The application takes a piece of each transaction, utilizing chained payments functionality.
Additionally, congratulations to the following members who successfully found and submitted bugs to the PayPal Mobile Libraries Developer Experience Bug Hunt that ran in concert with the Mobile App Challenges. Their hard work resulted in the discovery of 19 bugs with the libraries and documentation. Well done!
