LUX5 Challenge 17 hour - Crowdopolis Joomla Template Development Challenge

Welcome to the LUX5 Challenge - Crowdopolis Joomla Template Development Challenge!  The goal of this challenge is to implement a design into a joomla template for this website: http://crowdopolis.info/

As part of this challenge you will need to document all HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript code. We need clear explanation of the code to help us figure all the HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript code functions and make it easier for future developers and the client to understand what you have built.

Tips for Success: Asking questions early and getting PM's feedback is very important for the success of this challenge.

Notes from the Designer

• Modal windows should be presented/ launched with animation: http://tympanus.net/Tutorials/ExpandingOverlayEffect/index.html 
• The main task of this competition is to develop a Responsive HTML5 Joomla Style based on the provided designs using industry standard styles and tools.
• For agenda items and speakers - items fade in when user scrolls to lower sections.
