APP BACKGROUND
The SCRD web application computes deposits and redeposits, create bills, posts payments, and send out receipts to federal employees for periods of federal employment service.

Within the repo, there are two folders:
- Code - contains all code for the application.
- Documents - contains all supporting documentation.
Within the Documents folder, you will find sub-folders that contain:
- Deployment Guide - instructions on how to deploy the app.
- User Guide and Help Content - help content for the application.
