Challenge Overview

Project Overview:

Welcome to the FAST!! 72Hrs - eBay Intranet Home Page Responsive HTML5 Prototype Challenge! The goal of this challenge is to create single page responsive Prototype using AngularJS and Bootstrap development frameworks. The prototype should be Responsive HTML5 to support both desktop and mobile browsers using Bootstrap.

NOTE: This application will use AngularJS Framework (http://docs.angularjs.org/guide), and Bootstrap 3 (http://getbootstrap.com/getting-started). Please follow coding standards and write clean code for AngularJS data binding instead of using plain HTML code.

IMPORTART: As per the project schedules and FAST challenge the review timelines are very close. Reviewers please note the review timelines for further reference.

Tips for Success: Asking questions early and getting Copilot or PM's feedback is very important for the success of this challenge.

Competition Task Overview:

The main task of this competition is to code up the home page for both desktop and mobile views. We don't have storyboard designs for this challenge, so we have provided home page snaps (DetailsView2, DetailsView3, DetailsViewFooter), which is a large screen. The "HighResToCutGraphics.png" can be used to cut assets, but you are allowed to use stock art images as well.

We would like to use AngularJS for partials. We need to make this page as modular, so we can integrate the parts of the page into partials and also to make the page adaptive/responsive using Bootstrap 3 version.

Required Pages:

Below are the required pages for this prototype to work on required browsers for both Desktop and Mobile devices.

1. Desktop View:

  • Home page is a single page to code up as per snaps attached (DetailsView2.JPG, DetailsView3.JPG, DetailsViewFooter.JPG).
