Challenge Overview
Hestia B2B FOL web application needs to store different users groups of preferences. Each group preferences will have a list of options. Several options from the list can be selected by the users at the same time.
Final Submission Guidelines
The purpose of this component is to provide the service layer for the management of user preferences and supporting entities. The management will involve persistence with Oracle 10.2.0g using JDBC.
The service interfaces are defined in the Services Class Diagram in the TCUML. All service interfaces, exceptions, and entities defined in this diagram are in scope, and this component will also provide POJO service implementations that will provide JDBC access to the data.
All operations in the implementations will operate against the Oracle 10g database using JDBC. All primary IDs are auto-generated using Oracle sequences.
