CMS Status Report for week ending Oct 26, 2012

Hi All: Hope everyone is well. Here are the highlights for this week:

1. New Risk in terms of missed functionality: the requirement to support dis-enrolling a provider.  This has the potential to negatively impact schedule as we look to include this functionality.

2.  New  issue: To satisfy PT33-NPI requirements there will likely be need to integrate with legacy systems/processes and perform manual processes outside of the system. Complexity risk increased.

3. Large number of upcoming contests in Oct – mid December time-frame will require client time to complete reviews and weigh in on strategic issues.

For more details, see the full report below. If there are any questions, comments or issues, please let us know.
Thanks
Sarah
